Online sessions offer the same level of care and connection as in-person therapy, with the added flexibility of meeting from wherever you feel most at ease. Whether on your lunch break, curled up in your favorite chair, or managing a full schedule, virtual therapy makes it easier to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being. Life can be busy and unpredictable; let your sessions meet you where you’re at.

  • Session frequency is tailored to each client’s unique treatment plans and goals.

  • My office is located in Corporate Woods,  just south of downtown Kansas City. Providing convenient access off 435 and 69 highway, whether you are coming from Gardner, Lawrence, Lenexa, Olathe, Overland Park, Leawood, or Kansas City.

  • Sunflower State of Mind is self-pay only. However, we do accept FSA and HSA and can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance upon request.
